Xfinity remote APP shows TV listing but never sync with DVR

Xfinity remote APP shows TV listing but never sync with DVR

I am using my PC Win8 (ie browser) and my Verizon Icon Win8 phone. The app allows me to scan and see all of the channels however when I go to DVR it never shows me DVR listings. I see the names of my set top boxes and I am able to see the correct config for current set top box however no access.

Comcast ID

Device type with OS version

App version

Screenshots & steps to reproduce
