i deleted my purchase app and reinstalled it now it says too many devices.....even though I removed all three plz help.......image.png

See if you remove the devices rom this link:  https://device.comcast.net/devices

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about this issue.

the tool in the device app doesnt work, the tech support took care of it ty.....But now another problem...i recently downloaded the Xfinity on demand player app to my laptop.....it wont work....i keep getting getting a script error:

That one's actually a known issue. We're working on a fix for that.
