Xfinity player shrunk - No controls available

New Poster

Xfinity player shrunk - No controls available

Running Chrome, Windows 7.

Xfinity player, for reasons I am unable to figure, shrunk to slightly larger than the size the ads run, and all of the controls disappeared.

Tried the F+Click... nothing.

Tried rebooting everything... nothing.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you very kindly in advance.

Just a hunch, but it sounds like something on your end (as opposed to the usual Comcast problems).

- Download and run CCleaner. It cleans up all the loose and unused data in your system and can fix a lot of issues. I run it once a week and my system is healthy as a horse.

- Run a virus check if you havent yet.

- Remove and reinstall Adobe Flash. Could be the code got buggy and just needs to be reinstalled.

Thank you so much for responding.

It magically fixed itself, somehow.  I tried it again the next day, and it was normal again.

Thank you again for your help, though!

If this issue appears again, make sure that your browser is not accidentally zoomed in or zoomed out at all. Make sure your browser is on the default zoom settings.

Thanks,

Joe
