Xfinity guide issues

Guide issues reported and on going since installed, all these issues are intermittent, you never know what to expect when going to the guide area:

-run away movement when advancing to another channel, it will go to the end of listings then stop.

-station icons missing all that shows is a black box on the left side.

-ondemand area:  all icons missing just a black box when either the major area should be noted ie HBO, CBS etc.  Also the movies or shows for whatever you select are are blank, then you have to wait for the description to show up.

-Still having major volume issue which I have had numerous calls on and in home service visits.  This happens with the ads that Comcast puts in for the local area and not the network ads.  It is about time to start placing complaints into the FCC referencing the CALM ACT regarding AD volume


I have to say that the Comcast X1 platform is not what I would expect it to be.  I feel like I am Alpha testing this product.  Having come from another cable provider that I had installed, up and running for several years without having to ever place a service request, I am finding Comcast to be a total disappointment in Quality of product and quality of service.
