Xfinity dvr online error...

When I go to https://xtv.comcast.net in my browser on my laptop, I get this error message

Request-URI Too Large

The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.

This is the url that comes up

https://tv.xfinity.com/?settings=%7B%226ZtrW0JuSt0304877frg%22%3A%22%7Biv%3A%5C%22EpYRohoHjYuTU9Xttt...
