Xfinity doesn't recognize my premium channel subscriptions

Xfinity doesn't recognize my premium channel subscriptions... I have two accounts one for my TV and one for the internet. I only have one userid and password. When I connect on my laptop and attempt to watch a premium channel the system asks me to subscribe... the gold key is showing. Yet if I go home and turn on the TV I can watch the premium channel. I have been a subscriber to the premium channel for many years. I submitted a problem request but have not had any resolution. CR314343168
