Xfinity does not stream live

Xfinity does not stream live

I continue to have issues with live streams of ESPN, CNN etc.. There are no error codes or anything else except for a blank screen. All on demand programs play i.e. Sopranos, Big Love etc.

As stated in my original message, I don't get an error code or anything to cut and paste. What I get is :

he did say give him error codes, he said click the link and copy and paste what appears there its not error info its configuration information about your account.
