I am sorry for the delay. If you are still having the issue with your Xfinity App you can uninstall the app wait a few seconds then reinstall the app. If this does not resolve the issue further steps may be needed to resolve the issue. If the issue is resolved no further assistance is needed. Please reply to this post as to weather this resolved the issue with your app or if you need further assistance. I am sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. If you are still having the same issue with you Xfinity App you may try to uninstall the app, wait a few seconds, then reinstall the app. This should resolve the issue. yes this worked but only after 3 uninstalls and installs on all my devices. Has to be a easier fix for this in the future.
