Xfinity X1 tv app not working

Xfinity X1 tv app not working

My Xfinity X1 tv app was working but now it's giving me the message "Looks like you're no longer on your in-home network. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still get the same error message. My Xfinity remote app works.

  Are you still seeing this issue?  The remote app has no impact on this issue.

  I also see two cable modems on your account, can you tell me which modem your wireless router is connected to?

I am having the same problem, how do I fix this?  On my account are two modems, one I returned years ago, but can't seem to get it off my account, then the one I actually use.
