Xfinity To Go App Buffering Live Channels

Xfinity To Go App Buffering Live Channels

Got a new TV set up in the kitchen.  Since I didn't have a box yet, I used the To Go app to watch some live TV channels and test the TV.  I noticed there is constant buffering on all channels.  Sometimes it was often...sometimes it was 5 mins between buffers.

I also noticed when I screen mirrored this from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to any of my TV's...the audio "synch" is off.  I would see the lips move...then the audio would play a few seconds apart.  Very noticable.

ANYONE else noticing this?  Or can test screen mirroring from their phone to TV with the To Go App/Live channels?

Hello johncorey10,

I apologize you are having difficulty streaming. I am not seeing an issue on our end. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

Hello johncorey10,

I am glad it is streaming properly now. If you have issues in the future, uninstall and reinstall of the app can fix most issues. Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions.
