Xfinity TV website locking out channels.

Since Thursday evening, all my subscriptions are inaccesible ("you need to subscribe ...."). I know others are having a problem with TV GO and On Demand, I am starting a thread for  xfinity.comcast.net. Seems the X1 upgrade caused a lot of problems.

 

I called the  'Application Department' at 877 599 1845 and was told that it was a 'known problem'. Even so, I had to create a ticket with someone I could barely understand. He told me that someone would call me in 24 to 72 hours. WHAT?

 

Just another of Comcasts's many bugs - probably the worst  IT dept. in existance, and has been for over a decade.

I have been having the same problem. Just noticed it today though and I couldn't get through to customer service. I am locked out of channels that I am subscribed too.
