Xfinity TV remote app record button

Xfinity TV remote app record button

Every other function on the app works fine.
Channels change when I select it.
But there is no action, no response when I press record for any show.
I have used this feature many times before but now... It is a non function!

Mine works.  Version 2.3.0.91.  What is your version?

I have the same 2.3.0.91
I deleted the app and installed it again. So this is the latest.

Me too. Same version, etc. Can change channel with app, but record button does nothing.

UPDATE...
I figured out the problem. However, I don't know what the solution is!
In the channel line-up settings, it shows:
Comcast Recommended Line-up
DAC: 16_4
When I use that line up, the channels are all wrong but, the remote works if you chose the channel # that I want. That doesn't help for future recordings because of the time assignment.
If I choose a line up based on my zip code, the channels are correct but, the record button is disabled.
So, why is Comcast recommending a channel line-up that is not for my area??? Is it basing it off of some setting on my phone???
Sometimes that 16_4 number changes to 25_5, or something like that, and it was correct.

This is what it's supposed to be! I have no control over what DAC Number appears here! Tomorrow, it might be different and it makes the app useless!

What happened when you tried Add Location?  I was able to choose my local Comcast guide.

I can add my location and the guide is correct. But, the record button does not work! It's there, but it's "turned off"!
The record button only works when I use the recommended line up.
