Xfinity TV remote app error

Xfinity TV remote app error

When I select any channel to "watch on tv" with remote app on my iphone, I get a "Sorry! An error occurred during this request".

I have reinstalled the app several times with no luck.

Have been having this problem since 1/1/15. Called Comcast four times and they keep hanging up on me

Same problem here, I'm using the remote app on Android. I've been using it for over a year with no problems until this week. The channel guide will not load and I can't change channels manually -- just says "sorry an error occurred."

Help? The "Help and Support" troubleshooting link (somewhat hilariously) goes to a "404 Not Found" page.
