Xfinity TV online for Free

Have been watching old Chicago Hope series online.  Now can't get past the 'starting playback' window no matter what shows or series I select.  What is the problem?

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
