Xfinity TV go- No download button for downloadable content

Xfinity TV go- No download button for downloadable content

I just got the Xfinity TV go app specifically for its ability to download for offline viewing, so that i could watch movies at the gym.

However, when trying to download movies, no button shows up.

I am filtered to show only downloadable content. So it is not because the movies arent downloadable.

Select the movie and on the next screen the download icon will appear.

Call into Comcast 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about ensuring your account entitlements are correct and are refreshed.
