Xfinity TV app missing recordings option

Xfinity TV app missing recordings option

I have installed the app and it appears to be working except for the DVD programs. I do not have all the options under the "Saved" menue. I am missing the Recordings and Scheduled options. I am in West Haven, CT.

If Cloud is available in your market, you will need to call Comcast and have the Cloud Rate Code added to your account.  Once that is done and you accept the Terms & Conditions, you will see these options.   Note:  You will only be able to access recordings made "after" the rate code is added.  Existing recordings on the DVR will not be available in the Cloud.
