Xfinity TV app does not work on Ipad

Xfinity TV app does not work on Ipad

I have one iphone and two ipads and i cannot loging in two of them (ipad 3 and phone 5c). the app stays on Adding device... forever after entering my ID and pwd. Nevertheless. 

 

in my Ipad 2 after logged in I can not see any tv program

   Are you on iOS 8?   I deprovisioned both of your devices, can you try unistalling and reinstalling the app?

Yes, iOS 8.1, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it does not on neither of my 3 devices. It stays forever on adding device....

   Have you tried the web portal for live TV streamingt @ https://xtv.comcast.net?  Do you have a laptop or desktop?  Curious to see if you get the same issue.

i tried with a windows PC and a Mac, and I got a message in both devices: Out of Home, Looks like you´re no longer in-home network. 

 

this message is not correct. 

 

somenthing to check on the xfinity side?
