Xfinity TV and TV go app aren't recognizing subscription

Xfinity TV and TV go app aren't recognizing subscription

Every time I log into xfinity tv and tv go apps it keeps telling me I'm not subscribed to the channels but I can watch them on my x1 box as part of my preferred double play package. I keep getting an orange key and it saying subscription required. Please help!

Error message on every channel in the xfinity TV and xfinity TV Go apps.
