Xfinity TV X1 App Playback Issue Error 503

If I am in home watching one of my DVR recordings on my Ipad through the cloud and I pause the recording and walk away, I usually cannot resume the recording. It will give me "PLAYBACK ISSUE ERROR 503" and it will no longer be accessible on my Ipad, I'll have to watch the recording on one of my TV boxes. Any ideas?
