Xfinity TV Player app for ipad

Every time I try to watch a video a popup comes up and says "sorry, we,ve experienced some difficulty playing your video. This happens on every TV show or movie. I have deleted the app and redowload it several times and that did not fix the problem. PLEASE HELP!!

I figured out what was wrong, I did not have the lates iOS 6.1.2 download on my iPad and when I up dated it that fixed the problem but thank you for the advice.

Are you able to try on a different Wi-Fi connection than the one that you are currently on?
