Xfinity TV Online Listings

When I go to vies on TV instead of having the time at the top of the grid it had dates. I find this confusing & weird I would rather have the times.

Another thing is when I pick a specific time it goes to a random time I do not understand that either.

The times should be on top of the grid. I cannot duplicate your issue. What web browser are you using?

Can you give me an example of it jumping to a random time? Is it one hour off, two hours off, etc.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Xfinity TV Online Listings

For the first issue I know there should be times on top, but dates show up instead.

The second issue when I g to the time selector it gives me like Am instead of Pm it is way off from what I chose.

Internet Explorer 9 on Windows Vista Home Premium Edition 32bt.

well I have a photo of what I am talking about with the times and dates, but I do not know how to share it with you.

When replying to this topic, a bunch of icons will appear above the text box. The 11th icon from the left is a picture of a tree. Click this button to attach a picture.

As for the wrong "jump to" time: If you select 10 AM it takes you to 10 PM or is there no pattern whatsoever to what time it jumps to?

Thanks,
Joe
