I'm getting an Error 564 when trying to watch some TV shows. I've tried Family Guy and Covert Affairs and get the same message for both. I've tried different browsers, IE, Safari, Chrome and got the same message on all. Tried clearing cookies, still getting the error. Any ideas?

There is something on your computer that is not allowing Flash to work or your Flash Player is corrupt.
Try uninstalling Flash and then try starting a video again. Then follow the on-screen steps to re-install it.
Also, are videos on Youtube playing correctly?

Followed your suggestions with reinstall. Still getting the error. Youtube videos play with no problem. I'm going to check with our network admin about our firewall. I know HULU is blocked because of bandwidth issues. Maybe it's related. Thanks

We have a content agreement with Hulu in which we use some of their videos on our site. The examples you mentioned are Hulu sourced videos.
