For the last few months, I've been unable to watch local chanels on my iPad app and laptop. I get a message saying I can only watch when connected to home network. I am of course connected to my home wifi. It used to work but suddenly stopped working a few months ago. I called Xfinity support but they were unable to resolve and finally said it's a known issue and they are working on it. Haven't heard anything from then since. Has anyone resolved this issue? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated because that was one of the main reasons I switched from UVerse. Thanks.
