Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App?

Re: Xfinity TV App on IPhone 5

Not yet, but I will.  I am dubious because I have the identical problem on both IPhone and IPad air.  Also I note the when I go into My DVR on the TV screen using the DVR Remote, I note that I cannot access DVR manager -- message is that it is not available or disabled.  I'm wondering whether that is a factor.

Thanks for you note and any further advice.

Re: Xfinity TV App on IPhone 5

I'm sorry to hear about this issue.  Can you please direct message me with the following information:

1. Device make, model Eg: iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad Mini? (Not just IPad or IPod or IMac))
2. OS (name, version — please make sure you get ALL relevant numbers in the version number, Eg: IOS 7.0.1, IOS 7.0.4 .)
3. The version of the app installed.
4.Screenshots wherever applicable.
5. Exact steps to replicate this issue.
6. Comcast User ID

Thank you,
Sharon

Re: Xfinity TV App on IPhone 5

Sharon, I now also find that I cannot program a recording from my comcast account on my PC.  Could the problem be with my DVR????

Or is the programming capability totally down for some reason??
