Xfinity TV App not working

Xfinity TV App not working

Had Xfinity X1 platform installed a few days ago. Installed the Xfinity TV app on 3 iPads and an Andriod phone. The app worked well on all devices until yesyerday. on all devices we get the same message "We're unable to detect your inhome XFINITY WiFi network." even though the wifi network which the X1 modem produces is working normally in all other cases. Even the Xfinity go app works as well as all other web connections. Any help, please?
