Xfinity TV App - New Cable Boxes installed

Xfinity TV App - New Cable Boxes installed

I had whole house DVR installed today, and I rec'd 2 new boxes. When I go to the Xfinity App and try to change channel, or record it will not function. It worked with my other 2 boxes just fine. Please help. They are both eligible boxes.

Try setting up the boxes online.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the boxes to completely sync.

I think it was the recent app upgrade. I used to be able to change channels from my iPhones but can no longer do so :-(

takes a few days for the boxes to be registered.
