Xfinity Player, no HBO available for download

Wanted to download a couple of movies on HBO but none of them are available just to stream? Why is tonly they won't let you download anything to watch just stream

HBO is not available for download.  Only Showtime, Starz, Encore, and moveiplex allow downloads.

most likely answer is that you can use hbogo to watch all seasons of every show and you can do it over 3g

Zordar is correct but I would like to add a little more to his answer:

 

We are working with other networks trying to bring this feature to more videos on the XFINITY TV Player App. As this time however, I have no other news to pass along.

 

I will update this message board when more information becomes available.
