Xfinity Player Streaming

Xfinity Player Streaming

When I use Xfinity Player on my ATT ipad streaming is unavailable on this app but I can stream with all the other "to Go" apps except Xfinity apps. Is there a plan to make this possible? If so how soon? I see that it is possible if your have VZ wireless, I do not understand the difference between the 2 services, can you please explain?

Thank you for your reply. I do see the requirements but my question remains the same why is streaming not available on the ATT wireless network? there is no difference in data usage.Will this be allowed soon?

Comcast and Verizon are partnered so that might be why it's only available that way
