Xfinity Online Premium channels play at a whisper

I love using Xfinity TV Online, but I find it super annoying that the Premium Channels that I pay for play at a whisper.  You can't hear them!  I'm not hearing impaired or anything, but when I have a show on from Showtime or HBO playing on my laptop in a quiet room you can barely hear it.  I don't have this problem with other networks on Xfinity online nor is it a problem on Netflix, which I also have a subscription.  PLEASE HELP ITS SUPER ANNOYING!

For me, Xfinity seems to drop the volume level to 2/3rd on Xfinity the player...that is super annoying too, especially because ir resets it after every episode.  But maybe if you adjust the player volume and the laptop volume, you might get better sound.

I've done both.  I just want xfinity to fix it on their end.
