Xfinity Mobile App Error Android

The Android version of this app seems to have so many issues (I pad works fine)… One day the app will work perfect and the next not at all.. I have cleared the cache and data, unistalled and re-installed and no fix. Upon re-install I get the error message


‘Sorry, we are experiencing some difficulties. You can continue using the app, but not all areas are working’ Retry

Hit Retry and get the same error over and over again


The other message reads


An unknown error occurred during this request. Please try again.’ Cancel/Try again’


When hitting try again I get the loop back to the error message and cancel drop back to the menu..


Any known issues on this, it is VERY frustrating!!!
