Xfinity HBO go

Xfinity HBO go

I have the blast with 105mbps and am using a box to get our normal antannae channels because reception in our area is poor. I was told when I signed up for these services together, that I'd get HBO go for free. I downloaded the app for Android and when I try to watch shows or movies on it, it says I need a subscription. I then clicked on the 'order now', it takes me back to the comcast site to make me pay more for upgrades. What gives?

You need to call into Comcast and ask them to ensure your rate codes are correct for the subscriptions you are paying for....  they will be able to either make this change or tell you something else (gulp!).....
