Xfinity Go TV

Why is it I can find contact on paying bills, upgrading service, and buying things, but not a direct contact for trouble issues. My Xfinity Go TV, hasn't worked correctly for over a month. Looking on line, many people are having the same issue, after starting a show, once a commercial completes, the show either doesn't come back or loops back to the beginning. I know this is a known problem, what is the status?
