Xfinity DVR PX022ANC is not working with harmony Hub

Xfinity DVR PX022ANC is not working with harmony Hub

I recently  brought the Harmony Hub and I am trying to setup Xfinity Device PX022ANC. I have the Manufacture name and Model number but its not at all working.please provide me you inputs on this issue.

The XG2 is not a DVR.  Try another device in the Harmony data base.

Enter manufacturer "Xfinity" and model "X1" into Harmony's database. This will work dandy. I have found that Harmony's database works better when you simplify the model number.

Well,

Sorry to tell you this but I have a large assortment of Harmony remotes at home and they work perfectly with X1 boxes. When programming them, all I ever used was Xfinity X1 or Xfinity XG1 and it works just fine. One of my three X1 boxes is a PX022 and I have a Harmony 900 and a Harmony 650 that control it just fine. Numerous other folks in this forum are using Harmony 650's with X1 boxes and not have any issues.

 

Suggest you try posting in the Harmony forums.

 I have two remotes, like you said it is working Harmony 650 but not in the closed cabinet and I have Harmony smart control (With remote and Hub), which i am having this problem.
