Xfinity App for iPad

Xfinity TV app for iPad was working fine until this past Sunday.  The following problems occurred.

1) Two scheduled series shows failed to record on default DVR (29% full)


2) Scheduled Recordings on default DVR showed no schedule for next 14 days.  Prior to Sunday, four series were properly displayed.


3) Two new DVRs are shown as being available for a total of four.  I have only two DVRs.  The new DVRs have several recordings that are not familiar to me.  If I delete them, they return.


Actions taken.

Reboot default set top box several times.  No change.

Closed out of TV app several times.  No change.

Logged out of TV app several times.  No change.

Shutdown/ restarted iPad several times.  No change.

Deleted/ reinstalled TV app.  No change.


Anyone have a clue what'sgoing on here?  Thanks

I am new to X1 - but i have found any series scheduled through the TV App on iPad never gets scheduled even though it appears on priority list.  Scheduling through DVR and web app is ok.  I logged call on this issue.


Not sure this is you issues. Good luck if it isn't.
