Xfinity App DVR manager showing 100% full even though DVR is 1%

Xfinity App DVR manager showing 100% full even though DVR is 1%

I'm having an issue with the Xfinity/Comcast DVR manager on both the website and the actual IOS app.

Whenever I go to the website (since Monday of last week) I get this message:

You're now ready to schedule DVR recordings from anywhere.

Syncing in Process

DVR Manager is currently syncing with your DVR.

Now on the Xfinity TV app for iPad I get screen saying that my DVR is 100% full and it will not give me the option to schedule any recordings.

My box model is a Cisco RNG200N w/Anyroom DVR feeding a Cisco HD terminal box.

Tried to ask the online chat support about this but I'm afraid they're not certain why it isn't working. Any ideas?

P.S. I've already power cycled the box every other day since this problem has shown up and it's yet to have worked.

Alright, someone called me and she said that the Xfinity DVR manager is not in my area yet? Anyway to confirm this? Also if this helps confirm/deny anything I am able to control both of my boxes with the iPad.

you would need to post the make and model of your cable box.  If you have motorola  or pace it should work.  If you have cisco or SA probably not.

I posted the box model in the original post, CISCO RNG200N with the new guide.

Yeah I'm assuming it just isn't out in my market yet, just kinda odd that I can control the box with the iPad (changing channels and etc) but this won't work. Smiley Sad
