Xfininty TV on my Laptop "Error xacsa.xact.3323.1000319: RemoveDevice"

What is the solution for this error?   "Error xacsa.xact.3323.1000319: RemoveDevice"  It asks me to sign out and it will be resolved when I sign back in......nothing happens!  Very frustrating

I'm sorry you're having trouble. I see that you have 4 mobile devices on your account. Are you receiving this error while attempting to sign into the tv.xfinity.com website?  What type of computer and browser are you using? Did you attempt with another browser?

Sometimes browsers are set to block cookies which can cause issues.

I am using a Lenovo T420 laptop running Windows 10, Firefox browser. I will make sure I am not blocking cookies and will try another browser.  Thanks for the hints.
