Xbox360 and Xfinity

Okay I have Xbox gold on Xbox Live Comcast Internet and Comcast Xfinity on demand. I downloaded the xfinity app and it was working fine for a day andnow it is giving me an uh oh message  saying I am not subscribed to the content but I can watch  this content for free I just need to add it to my package. Well how do I add it?
