I've recently started using the Xfinity, and HBOGo apps on my Xbox 360, and every time I'm streaming video from one of those apps, I get stuttering and buffering every 2-4 minutes, and sometimes the buffering can take up to a full minute before video playback continues. I can run the YouTube, Crackle, Netflix, and Hulu apps without issue streaming even in HD, but both Xfinity and HBOGo have terrible video quality and buffer far too much.
I'm running on a wired connection and I can watch HD videos on any other video app except those two. Below are my speedtest, and pingtest results. Please help me with this, as it's highly frustrating to even try to watch videos on those apps. Thanks

As you can see, my connection is plenty for HD video streaming, let alone SD and the terrible video quality that continues to buffer. Please let me know how I can remedy this. Thanks
Wow comcast, way to be on the ball with support. I've called twice and was supposed to get a call back on this issue twice...still waiting. Was directed to these forums to ask, still no answer but i swear, the second my bill is late, I have people calling 3 times a day and will shut it off without hesitation. Great customer service guys. Can't wait til ATT is available here.
Edit: For some reason it won't let me sign in with kmahrle83 anymore, hence the new name. Just another thing from comcast that doens't work!
Wow, i've had Microsoft for the past two days helping me with COMCAST'S APPS AND SERVICES. Wow, I cannot even express just how terribly disappointed I am with comcast support. It's only gotten worse in the 10 years I've had your service. ATT can't get to my neighborhood fast enough!
And here I am still days later with no reply. No call back from tech support, and when I call I'm told to try the same steps over and over. How is comcast still in business?
and yet another day with no help or reply from COCKmast! Microsoft has been trying to figure this out for me and it's not even their service. They've told me that they are frustrated as well because not even they can get tech support from comcast on these apps. Way to steal everyone's money and run guys.
Nope it was never solved (different name because this is the main account name). In fact, a tech just hooked up a neighbor's service and told me that our line drop from the pole is so chewed and rotted, that he's surprised our service even works. So, I've called several times, taken days off of work to be here for a tech, and they've never showed up. They called me the day after and claimed it was due to an outage in the area. Never bothered to tell me they weren't coming the day of. So, I made a second appt, and that day, 2 hours AFTER scheduled appt time, they called to tell me they couldn't make it.
Now, I don't get another day off for 3 weeks, and comcast is now owed money which I told them I will NOT BE PAYING, until they do their tech visit. They keep saying they don't send a tech with an outstanding balance. Well, there wasn't one the last TWO TIMES THEY NEGLECTED TO SHOW UP. Why should I pay for something that rarely works? This company is a joke, and I'd love to know a higher up to contact with these issues because anyone I've talked to just repeats the same text book read BS
