Xbox 360 Xfinity App

Comcast support has been trying to resolve this issue for over a week with no resolution.  I am getting error 7405 when trying to use the Xfinity app on the Xbox 360.  Yes, I am a Comcast/Xfinity customer.  They have had me uninstall the app and reinstall, they have 'reset' the modem  and supposedly done work on their end to fix it and it is still not.


They have called me 3 times in the past two days WHEN I AM AT WORK.  I have asked them to contact me after 5PM PT if they want me to do any type of troubleshooting, and they can even get this right!!!


I have two Xbox units, and am getting the same error on both of them.  When I uninstall the Xfinity App, I am never asked or prompted to enter my Comcast login information.


Please help
