XTV App no longer has HD versions

Hello,

I've been using the XTV site on my computer and also the app on an ipad to watch my dvr recordings for a while.  It had always had the exact versions of what was on my dvr, HD quality and all.  Recently, all of the versions on the site/app are SD even though they are HD on the dvr.  the series recording options were changed to HD preferred.  When i changed that to HD only, they no longer show up on the site/app.  Is there something I can do to get back to HD on all devices??

I am getting this same issue also. On PC every channel is a low quality SD version. Most of the time its a 4:3 screen size, not even 16:9. It looks awful like its designed to go on a mobile device lower than 420p. Only 60% of my screen is actually being used.
