XG2 Start Up issues - Device is active but does not register/pull picture

Hey all, I have been a long term customer and just moved house and Comcast handeled the move.  Like others i noticed a tuner limitation issue with the XiD-P boxes and I was told by the install tech to just swap out one of the XiD-P for an XG2 box.  I am in Georgia, so i visited the Alpharetta Location and swaped out for an XG2 Box.  Upon cable up the error message RDK-03003 came up, after 1 hr with tech support they said the box is most likley bad.  Ok it happens, so back to the Alpharetta store, we swap out the box again.  Lo and behold, the 2nd box has exaclty the same issue RDK-03003 error code.  I moved the box around to the other 4 cable locations in my house and the same issue on each port. I am on the phone now and they want me to pay for a dispatch (which the tech is asking her manager to waive) to troubleshoot out.  I did see a thread that was locked about this but it has some gray box covering but it looks like there was a firm ware issue on that OP's box but not sure if this is the same issue...

Has anyone seen any other viable solution to this problem as the call center wants me to pay for a dispatch (which they are going to waive) but not sure what would be the cause:

My setup

House is wired for coax and the tech installed an amplifier when the services was turned up 2 weeks ago, no other splitters that i know of.

X1 DVR Box

2 - XiD-P Box (formally 3)

1 - XG2 box (Not working)

Any help will be appreciated.

Try swapping the XG2 with one of the XiD boxes.  If that doesn't work, swap it with the other XiD.

Try swapping locations of the XG2 and dvr. Does the DVR work where the XG2 didn't?

Sorry I did nor see the replies. When I remove the X1 main box and only hook up the XG2 box I still get the same message RDK- 03003 error.

And the X1 box worked in the location I was intending to put the XG2 box with no issues

are you able to trace back the non-working outlet and remove any unneeded splitters?

Did you ever swap locations of the 2 boxes?
