XFinity iOS Apps and X1: Need Consolidation and Harmonization

The iOS App strategy and implremntation is a bit of a mess.  Someone needs to take a look at the whole thing and do something:

1) Too many apps, making it confusing to always remember which does what and where.

Need one app only!!

I have triple play plus XFinity Home

2) Should not have to sign into the app every time. Getting to be very tedious

3) I have two homes with similar systems (triple play plus Home).  I have to sign out of one account and sign into the other account every time I move back and forth...and for every app.  A real pain.

It's for security reasons, if you lost your phone or mobile device, would you want someone you don't know to have access to your home, account and services?

Re: XFinity iOS Apps and X1: Need Consolidation and Harmonization

Ya know...

I am not in a cloud city and the Twin Cities may never be a cloud city but I think David brings up a good point. The Comcast apps are a jumbled mess and I have very little idea which app I should be using so I avoid them.. Some of them work in my area, some don't.

Maybe someone from Comcast could take a minute to post a spread sheet as to which app does what, and if it works in a cloud city or not...
