The iOS App strategy and implremntation is a bit of a mess. Someone needs to take a look at the whole thing and do something:
1) Too many apps, making it confusing to always remember which does what and where.
Need one app only!!
I have triple play plus XFinity Home
2) Should not have to sign into the app every time. Getting to be very tedious
3) I have two homes with similar systems (triple play plus Home). I have to sign out of one account and sign into the other account every time I move back and forth...and for every app. A real pain.
Ya know...
I am not in a cloud city and the Twin Cities may never be a cloud city but I think David brings up a good point. The Comcast apps are a jumbled mess and I have very little idea which app I should be using so I avoid them.. Some of them work in my area, some don't.
Maybe someone from Comcast could take a minute to post a spread sheet as to which app does what, and if it works in a cloud city or not...
