XFinity TV Player

Ever since the upgrade last week, I have been unable to play any its contents on my Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet. Every time we attempt to play a television show or movie, we get an error message that states the player is unable to play at this time and Xfinity has been notified of the error. It has been about two weeks or so now and we are still unable to view its contents. How or when will this issue be resolved?
