XFINITY TV

I can not see any videos from XFINITY TV. No matter what I try I end up with a black screen and no video. Trying to watch any of the TV series or Movies I get nothing.

I am running Windows 7 SP1 IE9 on a Toshiba Satellite L675D laptop. Even after making 4 pages of suggestions from Comcast I get nothing. Anyone have an idea of what to do next ?

Not all videos may be working on Internet Explorer 9 32-bit or 64-bit versions. Our team is currently working on this issue.

In the meantime, please use one of these browsers to watch videos:

Goggle Chrome 17

Safari 5.1

Firefox 10.0
