XFINITY TV online - No Access

I have been all over this support site and after following suggestions under the FAQs section, chatting with a representative, I still cannot access channels that I am a subscriber to online. Not even channels like TNT and USA. When I open My Profile, there are a number of channels listed under the Premium Channels that I can access online, including HBO. The rep I spoke to about 2 weeks ago said that she fixed the problem, but obviously she did not and I still have no access online. Need help as this is extremely frustrating!

I'm having the exact same problem, nobody cares. they don't want to help even though they've promised they will.

don't pay your next bill, they'll wake up once money is lost.

Clearly there's a major technical issue on their end and despite all the promises, they just don't want to fix it. I have no idea why.
