XFINITY TV Web Access

Hi,

 

I am trying to use the XFINITY TV web access from my laptop, but everytime it keeps saying that I need to be on my home wifi. I am already connected to my wifi, so I dont get the error message. Please assist.

please detail what you are doing to access web on your xfinity X1 equipment.

 

another 'test' go to http://xtv.comcast.net and login and attempt to watch a local channel like TV land and reply back with success or similar fail as in your posted question.
