XFINITY TV TO GO Issues

When I use my wifi to watch XFINITY TO GO on my IPAD I constantly get kicked off the internet/wifi. 

 

This is beginning to be more trouble than it's worth (having to stop what I'm doing to constantly sign back in). 

 

What can I do to correct the issue?

 

Another problem I have is when I watch new releases on abc.com the website wants me to select XFINITY and then sign in.  There are many internet/cable providers listed whose links work so allows their customers to sign in and watch the new release.  My issue is that the XFINITY Link never/rarely works.  It says the link is expired.  Or lately it says ABC has no access to any of my information.  This feels infuriating since all other cable network links provided at the site work except the XFINITY link.  And for the amount of money I pay monthly for XFINITY and wifi, it seems XFINITY should not be blocking the free tv i get to watch using the abc.com tv app.  

 

Please provide me with answers or I may try another cable/internet service soon due to my difficulties.
