XFINITY TV GO APP

When trying to use the App On her iPhone, my daughter keeps getting a prompt that says "sorry we are experiencing some difficulties. You can still use the app, but not all areas will be working" - this has been going on for two days now.
She's deleted and re downloaded the app, and has had no luck. What gives?

We're getting the same response to with the APP on our IPAD.

 

And, after checking my phone (Android v5.0.2), it also has the same issue.

Same problem here. "Some issues" means nothing is working for me. Is anyone from Comcast monitoring?
