XFINITY TV App on iPad/iPhone shows DVR is nearly full!

My XFINITY TV App on multiple devices and on the Internet shows that my DVR is 93% full but the DVR shows that it is only 22% full.  The Cloud DVR has already deleted 6 shows that I know of (My X-Files Season 10) because it thinks the system is full.  I have unplugged the box and I have just installed the app on my phone so that should have been the most accurate one - it shows the same level as my iPad, my son's iPad, my wife's iPad, and several computers!
