XFINITY NOT STREAMING ON MOST CHANNELS AS USUAL

Xfinity stream stopped working again for the 18th billion time.  I contacted your chat folks - I spent an hour typing all of my one year history of all your problems, but , guess what - your stupid archaic chat system only allowed the first two sentences to go through.  SO, I wasted ALL THAT TIME AND ENERGY.  I guess it doesn't matter anyway anymore, dear little Fabrienne from the Philippines didn't understand one word anyway. SAD!

Hi greggdick, we don't want you to feel this way. Please allow me the opportunity to get this repaired for you, do you see an error message on the channels that don't work? Is your channels buffering or just showing a blank screen when you click on them? Have you tried removing the app and re-installing it?
